Kick Start Funding
In the last edition of the Radian Magazine we told you about the different types of funding available to residents and the wider community. The Kick Start fund is available to Radian residents aged 11-18 years of age and offers the opportunity for young people to learn a new skill or develop their talents!
Ella Mae Bolton is a resident in the Avon area who has excelled in trampolining. At the age of ten Ella Mae went to Metz in France for the 20th World Age as part of the Great Britain team and came 24th out of 42, not bad for 1 of the youngest in the group!
Ella Mae also took part in sycro trampolining to which they made the final and ended up in a very credible 7th place.
Ella Mae trains at Renascence Trampolining Club in the Poole and Wimbounre area thirteen hours a week and is working hard to get to this years 21st World age in Great Britain. The Kick Start Fund played a part in Ella Mae’s success by putting funds towards the trip and Ella Mae would like to give Radian a big thank you!
